Lawyer Contacts
I am not someone who generally watches PBS. I seem to like reality tv shows and whatever entertains. But back when they had the Insurance Public Hearings I watched and I listened. I have never screamed at a TV set and I screamed. I was so totally beaten down by that.
I watched 3 people who made it to the hearings and got up to speak and beg the commissioner not to raise rates, that the coast could not take another lick. Those 3 people were Billy Hewes of Gulfport, Bud Ray of Long Beach and William Weatherly of Gulfport. I wrote to Billy Hewes and Mr Weatherly and told them, "good job."
I guess this storm has forced me into some sort of action, because here I sit writing to you all and people I see on TV and in churches, thanking them over and over. It's funny because today I got a letter about Merlin Law Group that is representing hurricane victims and it had William Weatherly's contact info.
Law suits should always be the last course of action. But I would say if you want someone who has a vested interest in the MS Coast and is interested in the people who live here that he would be the person to call. I am sharing his contact info in case you saw the public hearings and were as impressed as I was.

I received your last notebook news which is always helpful to us (the artists who lost everything and are displaced from our gulfcoast). I would like to add another contact person for the Merlin Law group representing hurricane victims in the gulfcoast area and especially Bay St Louis, Waveland and Hancock County. Randy Santa Cruz has his office in Bay St Louis and is my attorney. The following is contact information for him and I would like to pass this information to all in this area.
John R. Santa Cruz
